Return Policy

1. Return Timeframe

We offer a return policy within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

The goods must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.

Returns of some products, such as personalized or hygiene items, are not possible.

3. Return Procedure

Print the protocol that you can download above and fill it out and attach it to the package.

Send back to our address listed above, you can choose from two warehouses.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund you within 14 business days using the same method of payment for the order. In case of payment by cash on delivery, please include the account number in the protocol.

4. Return costs

If the reason for the return is our fault (e.g. defective or incorrect goods), the shipping costs will be covered by us.

The costs associated with returning the goods are covered by the buyer who has decided to withdraw from the contract.
